From out of town and decided to do a spa day with my mom. Absolutely could not recommend enough. Had the clay bath, salt cave, and a mini facial! If I lived here I’d be going every week! Will definitely be stopping each time I am in town. If you have a chance, absolutely check it out. And Sudi was fabulous!!!

Absolutely wonderful! I can't give enough stars on this place! They offer so many phenomenal services. Tammy was my massage therapist and was absolutely the best! The massage was perfect and she was as well! She offered such a relaxing experience from start to finish. I was gifted this before my wedding and I will absolutely be coming back! I highly recommend!

Our kids literally gifted us a hidden gem for Christmas last year. My fiancé and I finally got a chance to experience 20 West has to offer. 20 West Organic Spa is truly a hidden Gem. It's a place where you can take a day off from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life and restore the health of your body by soaking in in their mud bath. It literally pulls away the metal toxins from your body and leaves your body feeling refreshed. Their salt room helped relieve me from my respiratory congestion. I literally felt uncongested after going in in the salt room. The red light made my face feel soft and moist after the treatment. Of course, I didn't leave without a relaxing facial, which was definitely a joy. I was suffering a bit of muscle pain around the back of my neck and shoulder. The massage helped eased that tension on those muscles. My fiancé and I frequented 20 West, and yes, I've experienced everything that I attested on this review. I travel a lot due to my job. I'll be away from 20 West for 3 months and I'll be looking forward to visit them soon.

Outstanding... very professional. I have been experiencing lower back pain for some time now. I went to 20 West Organic for the Hot clay bath and red light , infrared treatment. The owner greeted me at the door...she was expecting a client but when I mentioned the back issues she immediately took me into the treatment room and quickly diagnosed my problem.... one leg shorter due to hip displacement... she made some adjustments...some very deep muscle pressure and when I stood up to walk I felt immediate improvement ....this whole episode took a little over 15min...needless to say... given the quick results ... I'm going back in 2 days for a full hour deep tissue massage.... keep in mind that I did not schedule the massage treatment...that little session was the owners initiative and you don't find customer service like that around anymore....20 West Ortganic HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First let me start by saying, Elisabeth is AMAZING!

This was my first visit to 20 West Spa today. This spa is fantastic. The customer service by phone and in person was 5 star. I don’t like to throw a 5 star unless it’s well deserved and 20 West does. This spa is very calming and the atmosphere makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. So many amenities and so perfectly decorated.

I chose a spa package that included 3 treatments and it was pure heaven. I felt like royalty. Elisabeth is the utmost professional and highly skilled. She was also very kind, considerate and truly genuine. I live with chronic pain and can tell you, I left feeling great. I also made another appointment.

I took my mom for a facial and I had a massage. I picked this place because it was one of the few places that could do both of us at the same time. My mom came out and said that was the best facial she ever had! I felt the same about my massage! I have had a lot of massages but I've never had one where they did a massage on my face, put warm moist towels around by neck and shoulders and around my feet. They also put warm pads on top of the blanket across my back when working on my arms and legs. It felt so wonderful and took the massage quality to another level. My mom said she couldn't believe all of the treatments that Lidiia did on her face. Her face looked wonderful when it was done. Annette is the one that did my massage. She's new there and I highly recommend her. BEST FACIAL AND MASSAGE WE'VE EVER HAD!

Absolutely amazing!!! My daughter and I had a little spa day with facials at 20 West Spa. From the second we walked in the door, we were graciously welcomed into the friendly, relaxing, clean environment. I love that they use organic products. Lydiia was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. She gave a ton of helpful advice for skin care using simple products we have at home already. No high pressure sales tactics, which we were very thankful for. Our skin feels better than it ever has. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for such a special day! ❤️
