417 provided us a place where we never felt alone in our journey with our daughter! They gave us life tools and provided a safe space for our daughter, to be free to talk about how she felt and never made her or us feel lonely or different. This was a great support system for our family and what we needed. This place was home for almost 5 months, and we cannot thank them enough for their dedication to their craft. 417 and the staff is absolutely amazing! If you and your child really want to make the change, it can truly happen by using the tools 417 and their therapists give you. Thank you all for being so kind, loving and supportive to our child. Coming to this program was overwhelming and I was scared of the unknown, but I was more scared of what my son was dealing with and not getting the proper help and guidance professionally. Mental health is very big in our youth, so if you’re a parent reading this, you’re in the right direction for your child. This program is amazing, but most of all the staff is AWESOME. This program helped my son deal with his feelings, communication and his confidence. They also helped our already close bond become even closer with the cracks I didn’t know we had. I had a community with other families that I got to know on family night that I could open too without feeling judge or being “the only” one going through this. This program saved my son and gave him the proper tools for his future and especially with him now moving away to start his college life. 417 is a blessing and the staff are angels in disguise for helping our kids find their bright light within. Thank you to Stevie and the entire staff for all that you do, I hope you guys know how special you are for what you do everyday. I appreciate you all and I’m forever grateful for helping my son find his light again!

I have completed the program after 4 months. Started On Wednesday November 29 2023 and finally completing it on April 10 2024. I have to say that the staff and the therapist do a phenomenal job and make everyone feel like family and they all have helped me gain more confidence in myself and in my 4 month sobriety from marijuana. Francisco & Desiree were the best therapists that I could ask for and I am forever grateful for them and for giving me my light back after having it so dark for many years. Out of all the other therapy programs, out of all the treatments, and doctor appointments I’ve been to 417 Recovery made me find hope again. If your child is struggling with mental illnesses or substance use or anything 417 is the place you need they got people that actually been through the same experiences and care a lot.

The program, therapists, & staff at 417 are life-changing. We had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone there, in particular therapist Chelsea Murphy is genuine and engaging. She tailored the therapy sessions to better benefit our teen by incorporating their passions into the exercises.

After I took my son for an assessment with Chelsea , I had the sheriffs department at my house that very same night. My son shared some very personal traumatic memories with Chelsea hoping we could trust her and finally get help. BUT She took it and jumped to conclusions and contacted the sheriff dept. The sheriff banged on my door flashed lights in the windows making it seem I myself MOM was putting my child in danger. The questions that were asked made my son feel uncomfortable and relive the violent trauma from the past. It took me years to get my son comfortable enough to speak to a therapist. And this happens. Thanks Chelsea for proving that a therapist cannot be trusted. You DID NOT HELP THE SITUATION.

This place pretty much saved my life. Between the therapists and the floor staff I felt welcome. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for help. Even after my graduation, from the program, I still come back and hangout.
