Coach Lundy and his special teams staff are great, professional as well as really care about teaching the kids to be the best they can on the football field. We drive anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours to attend 4th Down U trainings and have met many great families. If you have friends, family, or know of any special teams prospects, you MUST make a trip to a 4th Down U training/event. I guarantee you will be back.

My son started training with Coach Lundy and the 4th Down U staff almost 2 years ago. I would highly recommend training with him if you are a specialist. His focus teaching fundamentals and his ongoing feedback keeps us coming back. My sons skills improve each time we make the trip. Coach Dan Lundy is one of the best in the business. He is focused on the art and techniques of kicking. His way of teaching is inspirational and obviously based on his years of expertise and knowledge. He’s a family man and that shows in his communication skills not only with my son, but in the group setting as well. His technical approach is amazing to watch. He has the ability to show you the proper angles, steps, and follow through needed to kick at the next level. He’s quick to answer my texts and always available to jump on a phone call. We traveled from Pennsylvania back in April 2023 to meet Coach Lundy and try out a private training. The instruction was absolutely amazing, that we have been back 4 more times since. I can't tell you what Coach Lundy has done for my oldest son. My son came back to Pennsylvania a different kicker. He gained so much confidence and I can't thank Coach Lundy enough. My younger son will also start training with Coach Lundy. He had his first lesson, with his older brother, the last time we came down to Florida.

My son has been going to 4th Down University now for over 4 years, and is now in a position to potentially Punt / Kick at the college level, thanks to all the training time he has put in with Coach Lundy. He and his staff are among the best in the country at coaching Specialist. Coach Lundy is always on top of new information, techniques, and ideas to bring to his coaching.
4th Down University even works with pro players and college players. Quite often they are right along side the younger guys in training or even helping to coach them, which can be huge for progression toward an elite level for the high school and younger athletes.
If you want coaching that truly teaches the correct fundamentals and techniques to kick, punt, or long snap, go train with 4th Down University; whatever your ability level is, you will not be disappointed.

Coach Lundy has been an amazing source of technical knowledge for my son. The technology he has with the Trackman is very beneficial. He’s positive and encouraging to my son, who is in middle school. He’s helped motivate him to play in highschool. Coach Lundy also has amazing knowledge in the college recruitment process and brings in his former students who now play in college to train his current students.
