Updated: my therapist Lauren Rosen is the most amazing person I’ve ever met!!!! She is so great at her job and very professional!!! Gives me something to think about each and every time!!! I couldn’t be more happy of my therapist and how much she has helped me!!!

Have an appointment set with this place next week! Got a referral from my mother who uses dr. Q and absolutely loves her! I wanted to check the reviews on here before my appointment and was shocked to see all the bad one! After looking over the reviews I noticed a trend! But I have no worries because my experience so far has been delightful so far and I only believe it will get better! I’m excited to finally have someone out side of my circle to talk to, vent to, and help me through what ever life throws at me! Thanks for helping so many!

I called several times, during business hours, even at the opening hours; no one answers! I was looking to become a new patient, but this office seems unreliable. I shouldn’t have to leave a voicemail, during operating hours, at multiple times during a business day. Front desk staff needs to do better! Have agents readily available, to answer and assist!

Im giving 3 stars b/c when we 1st started, I liked this place. I really liked my child's therapist. But then, the therapist left the group and assigned my child to another one there. BUT the new therapist never contacted me. So I've been waiting for 6wks & counting to hear from her. I've called the office & no one can help. They told me if I'm not on the referral list, then I won't get a call. Then told me it's nothing they can do. It's all in the clinicians hands. I've left a message with the new therapist. nothing!
My child has basically been abandoned.

Also, just a heads up. They have therapists who are there to get there private license & don't stay long. So inquire about that when you call.

I was a patient of this practice for over 2 years, had a great therapist, and learned a lot of valuable skills... however I feel like I need another therapist after dealing with their billing. The experience and professionalism from their staff was so poor it caused me to abruptly end my services there. After spending countless hours in my personal time to go through their messy billing with my insurance company and 2 years worth of invoices and explanation of benefits, it was found the balance amount I was being asked to pay was incorrect based on their own math being incorrect and it did not match insurances records. When this evidence was provided after weeks of back and fourth with their billing department I was told they received a different explanation of benefits then what insurance had sent me. At this point the staff was asking me to call and spend the time to review the books appointment by appointment with them so they could correct their errors. This was the breaking point for me and I chose to pay the $60 they were over billing me just to move on.

If you decide to proceed with this practice pay very close attention to how they are billing and do not allow them to keep any of your cards on file. Unfortunately I can’t even recommend the therapist I was seeing as she has left the practice, hence my 2 star rating.

One of my family members had a horrible experience. They told them there was not a counselor there experienced enough and refused care because my cousin is on antidepressants And there was no one in office to assist in medication adjusting or prescribing. That’s not want they were asking….they wanted to see a counselor and place can’t provide any helpful information and refused to help.

Canceling appointments and giving no referral or explanation for a child in danger isn’t very professional or caring..
