Dr. Babette Rosabal has been my therapist a little of a year now. Dr. Rosabal has a compassionate and empathetic communication style, which makes me feel heard and understood in every session. I started at this practice to cope with stress and anxiety of teaching. The actual visits were good. However, massively disappointed and angry with how this practice deals with insurance! Please double, triple and quadruple check that this practice covers your insurance. I am now being billed for visits, several months later, when I was told after each visit I was covered! And it isn’t a small amount!! The lady who works the front desk( who has been virtually home, mind you), blamed the insurance company and had an attitude on the phone. I was sent a text message with a screen shot of not an actual bill, and went through a huge hassle playing phone tag figuring it all out. Definitely check before going to any visit! Will not be returning.
