My daughter had an appointment at 3:30pm. We arrived at 3:34pm... 30 minutes after, we were told the Dr. Spero was running late with appointments and were asked if we would like to reschedule for 5:00pm. It is now 5:30pm and my daughter still have not been seen with the doctor. No one came out and apologized or provided me with a update.

This was my daughter first appointment with the office and I am so upset because I had to take time off from work to attend this appointment.

When I first met Dr. Spero, he welcomed be with open arms and a smile on his face. Every appointment I’ve had with him felt more of a friendly conversation rather than a psychological evaluation. As a teenager, he was quick to gain my trust (which isn’t easy for any teen). What surprised me the most was we had a couple common interest, we instantly kicked it off. Not only is he an amazing person, he’s incredible at his job, keeping things lively with a couple jokes and stories, to understanding right away the strengths and weaknesses of a person. I promise, every session you have with him will keep you looking forward to the next. Dr. Spero isn’t only incredible at his job, but a wonderful human being.

Dr. Spero is a awesome psychologist. How I know because he is my doctor from my experience i have nothing but good things to mention very kind, generous, caring and a person with a lot of knowledge and experience in his field. I would recommend him to anyone. If others have issues with him I cannot mention one because everyone has fault no one is perfect in life. You could not have no better person than Dr. Spero for a doctor. Ever since my sessions I would would have with him he would make me feel relax and enjoying to see him he really makes my day.

All your appointments from his office he would for sure be on time. For him being my doctor I would not have no other way he is my No. 1 favorite and I would call it like I see it nothing but the truth. I wanted to take this time to express myself regarding him. First things first, you should know something about me. I’m possibly one of, if not the most difficult psychology patient there is. For years I withheld important information, didn’t put in the effort and was just all around resistant in therapy. Despite all of that Dr. Spero never once gave up on me. Dr. Spero stuck with me for going on 10 years now and despite how impossible I am he broke through my issues and convinced me, the also very untrusting person I am that I could trust him, that he cared about me, and he did. I’ll even give you one example of his success in helping me despite how difficult I am by referencing a journal entry I wrote after he suggested I try it for therapeutical reasons. “While writing one of my entries I had a thought, I truly hate writing down my emotions and thoughts. Partly because I didn’t see the point, but mostly because writing is very uncomfortable for me, like reading, writing takes a lot out of me. The only reason I kept writing is because Dr. Spero told me it would help me, and that’s when I realized it, in the past with something like this I would have given up already even if someone I liked told me to keep going. My trust and respect for Dr. Spero has become so profound that I have actually pushed myself to keep writing despite me not seeing the point, my trust in him was enough motivation on its own for me to keep doing something I really did not want to do even when I saw absolutely no point in it I kept going, and that’s proof of just how much our relationship had progressed despite me being the most stubborn, untrusting, resistive person there is. My trust and respect for him is powerful and I truly believe that it will save me from the painful existence I live, I believe in him, and I have hope.” Dr. Spero is one of the most caring and diligent Psychologists I’ve ever known, and I’ve seen quite a few. So, if you yourself are very difficult or if your child is very difficult have no worry at all that Dr. Spero will never give up on you or them and will always be able to help no matter what. There is no one in the entire world I would trust my life with over Dr. Spero. His compassion for his patients is truly beautiful, even if you don’t have insurance, he will take you and will always try his absolute best to compromise with you whatever your situation is and will compromise in ways that no other doctor ever would like he has for me. He treats his patients and those who work with him like his family and truly takes care of you. I can’t think of a psychologist more amazing than Dr. Spero, the only ones that compare are the amazing doctors he works with. I have personally worked and spoken with some of them and can say that without a doubt they’re amazing just like Dr. Spero is so if you can’t make an appointment with him then rest assured that one of the many doctors that work under him will also do an incredible job taking care of you and your loved ones. whoever you are, wherever you come from or whatever you believe I know Dr. Spero or one of his incredible associates will always be able to change your life for the better, either child or adult so stop wasting your time and get the help you deserve with Child and Family Psychologists. As someone who’s been with them for ten years, I can personally promise you that you wont regret it.
