Dr. Vanessa is simply fantastic. She was professional, eloquent, and non-judgmental. I learnt a lot about myself, my reactions to situations and the triggers to those reactions. In particular I started to recognize all of the things which I could change to make my life better. She gave me invaluable help and advice and shared a number of tools that will always stay with me. Throughout my time working with Vanessa Arango, I was able to realize a lot about myself. Vanessa used different treatment techniques that helped me notice things I hadn’t previously noticed or would allow me to confront problems in which I had previously had difficulty confronting. The techniques and exercises that she used were fun and easy to do and always left me feeling much better. I always felt very comfortable. I was able to express anything that needed to be expressed. Not only that, but these techniques usually consisted of me having to realize, analyze and figure out a solution to my own problems which always allowed me to open my eyes to see another perspective in a situation. Whenever stuck, however, Vanessa always helped me find the right answer and to realize why that is the right answer. I am 17 years old and now I see things in a much better way. I had a great time receiving treatment from Vanessa and Lighthouse Wellness & Vitality and am very thankful for their services and for helping me.
