I really like Dr. Hein...however...everything I come for my appointment I have to sit in the exam room alone for an hour or more. Just me in the silence of the room listening to the clock tick.
.AND... I was 20 minutes early for my appointment.
This hasn't happened just once, it has been going on for years.

Too many issues to list.The doctors and lab and reception staff are all wonderful. Somehow the pharmacy spoils the experience every time. They are polite? But never seem to have my meds available causing me to run out. Auto refill is not an option. They do not communicate well. I requested a refill and then received a message to request a refill. This went back and forth. Much phone tag occurred. When ten days passed, they oddly called me to say, "we can't refill your prescription because it was transferred." Of course it was. You didn't have it available and so I asked you to transfer it for me but you refused. But Publix has got me. This is just one experience. Please y'all if it's caring with a heart, I'm so confused. Never has that been my experience with the pharmacy. I've given so many chances. After I emailed to tell them the issues and why I won't be using their pharmacy, they auto refiled all my meds. Right. Why?!!!! You were already fired. You were even informed. Why patronize me?
