Horrible. Was made to wait outside along with walk ins there for Co-Vid testing. I called ahead of time to inform that I was outside and was still made to wait, outside. I had an appointment yet the only people that the screener let in were Hispanic. The woman on the phone was really rude and obnoxious and this place was a complete mess. They need to specify and separate lines outside for testers and people with appointments because this place is a mess. I only gave them 1 star because there is no place for zero. The young lady doing the screening at the door was actually watching Facebook videos on her phone in relation to the recent racial tension in America. How unprofessional and inappropriate and I am thankful this is the first and last time that I will have to encounter this place
