The best Doctors office in town.
Dr. Jones takes the time to listen and go over any and all questions or concerns you may have and makes great referrals when you need a specialist.
The office staff does have its work cut out for them, as the office is pretty high volume with patients. However, the wait is never long. You are always greeted with a smile!!! Everyone does a wonderful job!!!
This practice, is an assett to the community. I have been a patient here for over 10 years.

If you want a doctor's office that delays your medical care, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't answer emails, and only has excuses while you sit with your condition and deteriorate, this is your doctor's office. They're overworked, understaffed, non-responsive, want to refer everything out to a specialist to cost you more time and money instead of making a professional, medical decision, owning it, and moving to the next step. Going to this doctor's office is like being stuck in Tier 1 support with Amazon or your least favorite cell phone company: you keep repeating the problem to the next person and the next person, only to get poor communication, inaction, and referral to the next level of support . . . like you're speaking a different language. Only this botched service is about your life and health.

First few visits were great. But recently I called for an appointment about a sinus infection and they would not give me an in-person visit. They only offered me telehealth, which I told them I don't have a good enough internet to do. I rarely see a doctor so if I'm feeling bad enough to call for an appointment I want to see a doctor. They still refused to see me. So I told them I'd just be getting a new doctor.
I will not be recommending the Sunshine Family to anyone because there's no guarantee you'll even be able to see a doctor when you need to.
