First I want to say I loved my therapist who was a recent transfer and wanted to stay with her despite being with this company. The company is very picky on the clients they keep and wanting to change medication regimens that I have had and worked despite me trying other alternatives and having allergic reactions. So I was discharged I am still waiting on my medical records which includes two sessions. When I have called Kim she is extremely rude. Also everyone check your credit card statements because they overcharged me $155 If i didn’t catch it they would have said nothing. Torri from billing was apologetic and understanding. And I was patient until the extra funds were returned but waiting 4 business days for two sessions for my medical records is uncalled for. I needed them ASAP for continuity of care somewhere else. Instead of having less stress and Kim with no compassion they made things worse.

I am very grateful for the help Therapy Treatment Team has provided, and especially the help that Ashley has provided. When I first started sessions with her, I felt like we immediately clicked and she understood the problems I was facing. She has been helpful in many ways and makes me feel like I can go to her with any problems. On the payment side, the team was also very helpful in resolving issues I was having with insurance. I highly recommend Therapy Treatment Team as they do genuinely care about your well-being!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my therapist! I live on the East Coast of Florida and I use telehealth medicine with Patricia and she is a phenomenal person and Therapist. 100% changing my life !! the entire staff that help me book are amazing as well ! highly recommend!

At Therapy Treatment Team, health care providers are friendly, caring, and respectful. My Therapist and Psychiatrist have been the best ones I have worked with through my mental health journey. I also love the ambiance of the office located in Naples. Every time I walk in I feel at safe and welcome! The dim lighting and white noise playing from the speakers are my favorite aspect.

While the counselors are really good here, I must say that I am surprised at how amazing the owners truly care about the patients and making sure they run an honest business, with good morals. I had an issue that resulted in some billing errors. They immediately started investigating the problem and quickly fixed the issue. This resulted in improvements in billing. I am so pleased with Therapy Treatment! Thank you so much.
