This place is an absolute joke. I thought I would give them a try only because of location. The staff up front barely look up from their phones to talk to you. The nurse practitioner "psychiatrist I saw , Jesus I have nothing good to say. The first visit, she talked about how she could baker act me if she wanted. The second visit her only concern was that I cancelled therapy because I didn't like the woke, not even licensed therapist they gave me. She then said they probably couldn't help me. Well, I took her advice and found an actual doctor. The actual psychiatrist I then saw was astonished by not only what the "practitioner" at elite DNA had been prescribing but that that was their scam. Everyone that comes in, assign them to therapy. That's what they do.

So, in summary, if you actually need help and you aren't a teen that broke up with her boyfriend and wants to talk woke nonsense with their therapist every week, go to a a place that is actually competent and offers legitimate help.

The Dr and Therapist are wonderful and compassionate. When I go off track they guide me back. We may have some differences if opinion but we’re getting better at understanding with each visit. I highly recommend EliteDNA if you are in need.

This is one of those “if I could give no stars I would” moments. The most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. I was literally told how difficult I was because they couldn’t find the right medicines to help me. When I told them what I was looking for in therapy I got the complete opposite. Then they tried to blame me for the medication not working by saying I didn’t let them work? Makes sense right? This place is a waste of money not only for you but your insurance company too. Staff is rude and the “Doctors” need to go back to school if they find that they can’t actually help people or if they come across a person who may be more difficult. You learn how to help them. You don’t tell someone they are difficult when they are seeking therapy for a reason. Also the front office put in my paperwork that I said I WAS addicted to the medication they gave me when in reality I said they GIVE addictive medication. That alone is an issue because then they won’t help you anymore once they think you’re addicted to the addictive medication they give you. Oh and let’s not forget how I was told they wanted me to try an online outpatient therapy but when I got the call from Charlie Health they told me that I was to be hospitalized by my doctors orders. Long story short they are liars and a waste of your time.

Individual answering phone was rude. Insisted she needed a referral before scheduling. PCP and Humana claim otherwise and have had therapy elsewhere without one.
Wouldn't want to go after the attitude the scheduling dept has anyway. I'll go elsewhere.
