I dropped off a few household items on the morning of May 13th and I came in contact with two women who work outside and the drop off location and found them to be extremely rude and very unappreciative. Neither was very helpful and more importantly they didn’t even say thank you for my donation. This makes me want to take my donations elsewhere which only hurts the people for whom this program benefits. A smile and a thank you goes a long way. I hope their attitude doesn’t turn other donors away as well.

Outrageous prices for broken, dirty items. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The place is PACKED WITH DONATED ITEMS. A glass set with scratched off gold has been on the shelf for $35 for almost two years. I’m done, I used to love this thrift store but the managers greed has gotten in the way of their mission. You make more money for your charity by offering a good value on products not by ripping people off charging 5% less than new for filthy, broken JUNK. You can’t even walk around because it’s so packed yet they keep raising the prices. I’ve talked to many customers while in the store and they all feel the same. Half price weekend only makes the prices comparable to other thrift stores. I recommend Herrys, Sheriffs Ranch, and Daystar. Key Training has three stores in our county and help only 300 clients. The math ain’t mathing.

Pulled in the driveway and stopped outside the fence.
Immediately a young man came out and grabbed our donation bags and carried them in for us! Very nice.

My mother taught my sister and myself to be thrifty shoppers. When I first moved to Citrus County in the late 1980s one of the first places that the three of us went was to the Key Training Center. I've shopped at all three locations. Now Mom is gone, but my nieces shop with us.

We were not allowed to shop unless we wear a muzzle. I will never spend a dime at any business that tries to force commie muzzles on Americans.
