I'm very sorry to say because I gave this practice a chance when I really needed someone most. However, reflecting on the experience I had: when a medical provider turns you away for crying during session they are not a lighthouse for help or supporters of "A Better Tomorrow". I genuinely hope that no one of any age, no matter what they are working through finds themselves coming to this practice. When you come to this provider with vulnerability you leave hopeless. That is not in any way what counseling is supposed to be.
