My daughters and I used the services of A Great Life for almost 2 years, the first therapist canceled the services for my daughters because we had situations beyond our control on 3 occasions and we know that it is part of the contract that if you are absent on 3 appointments they cancel services, but we are talking about minors with mental health and I understand that the process could be better and more professional. Now we had an excellent, flexible and professional therapist and out of nowhere they called me from the office to givethem her feedback on what her work is like and several days later they informed me though email that she is no longer with the company, not giving us a transition process for my daughter's and my family to adjust. They wanted me to continue the services with the first therapist and inform them that I don't want anyone else from their company and to cancel the services immediately. At this point I feel my daughter's mental health is been treated as money maker.

My father passed away and i immediately reached out to my counselor Mrs.Pam she was nice we had a few seasons when my dad died I didn’t hear from her the receptionist said I was assigned a new counselor mind you I was not informed at all dealing with this AND grieving my father I still have not heard anything back about my “new” counselor and it’s been almost 4 weeks ridiculous

Rosa Palma is amazing!

I was a little apprehensive and resistant but
the services that I receive for my children from Mrs. Rosa Palma through AGLS truly make a difference. Not only are my children able to get the help that they need but I, too, am learning different ways to interact with and support my children. Initially I was only seeking therapy for one of my children, but after working with Mrs. Palma I saw a difference in my child, which then led me to request therapy for my other children under her. Although the therapy is for my children and are personal, our entire family benefits. I appreciate that I too get to be involved as a parent when Mrs. Palma and I have our parent sessions. I get to voice any questions or concerns and get to give feedback on how my children are doing.

I highly recommend Maria as therapist, she has helped my daughter through her time of need and help me understand and is very compassionate with us. She is very sweet and patient. If you ever need someone to talk to or someone to understand, this place is a great way to be and having Her as my child therapist is a best choice.

Both my sons were here and didn’t get the help they needed. My kids were misdiagnosed. Please pay attention parents. My oldest had 2 different therapists. The first one took off random from the work environment. The second wasn’t trying to help at all. Plus she was rude. My youngest had 3 different therapists. First one was great. Second wasn’t consistent the last was amazing but again left because of work environment. Honestly take your kids somewhere else where they can be cared for completely. This facility doesn’t care at all and it’s sad.

She is very kind, compassionate, friendly and has helped me manage through life’s downs and lows in the most gracious way. I have personally been coming for counseling for almost 9 months and my two younger daughters as well. From the time you walk in the front door you feel relaxed and like family. Everyone is so warm and welcoming it makes all your worries fade. They are wonderful with every age from young to older.

We personally see Carmen who I believe was sent to us. She has helped turn my family around and from where we were coming from was not an easy task. I dont know what or where we would be without her and words cant describe the compassion she puts into her clients.

I recommend coming here 100 times over!!! Amazing is an understatement and I cant thank them enough for what they have done for my entire family.
