Had they not thrown my children out because someone made a fake social media page on the owners daughter this review probably would’ve gone differently.. the owners daughter is abusive .. on Mother’s Day weekend I just told her some information being a friend and because of it and her falsely accusing me of having something to do with it , she threw my innocent children out of a daycare they had known their whole lives. Ericka will act like she’s a kind person but she’s truly not. Eric is a sweet kind person however and I think he gets taken advantage of and mistreated even by his own daughter, it’s sad.

I love the home feel of this daycare. My boys have only gone to a home daycare before this where they called the owner grandma. What’s important to me is that someone is going to kiss my kids boo-boos, pick them up when they are crying and make them feel loved. That is what is important under the age of seven and this daycare center provides loving care to these children. I am grateful!

My niece goes to A Hidden Child’s World and she absolutely loves it! The staff is always very friendly and compassionate about the progress my niece makes in their facility. They really helped with my nieces first jitters of going to daycare for the first time and gave me daily updates on how she was doing. I feel like it’s a second family for her and I can trust she is going to be taken care of. Erik and Erika, who own A Hidden Child’s World, really focus on trying to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable with always providing their meal schedules and important updates. It’s overall a very pleasant experience for us!

My kids have been going to this daycare since they were infants. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and it’s staff. My kids love going, and my daughter will frequently ask me if she can go to “school” today, even on days off. I never have to worry if my kids are treated right. I trust Mr. Eric and his staff wholeheartedly. They are wonderful people who really care for the children.

I just recently had a baby and needed to find a more affordable location for her and for my 5 year old over the summer. As any parent knows, finding the right facility for your children is not only stressful, but something you put a lot of thought and prayer in. I am so grateful that I found this place!!! The entire staff treat you more like family than just another parent/customer. Ms. Caralene in the baby room will periodically send me pics and videos of my newborn which just bright my day. And Ms. Erica and her dad are the sweetest people in the world. I love this place so much. I have already recommended it to two of my coworkers that are having babies soon.

My experience with this place was horrible! First of all, the feeding arrangements for the kids is a write-off - you sometimes see flies perching on the food they are feeding the kids with and the entire dinning area looking messy. Secondly, my 2 year old daughter recently had a pee-pee accident and her clothes (panties, top, pants,, camisole and socks) were all thrown in the trash - who does that? This happened after she had lost several socks in this daycare center. Thirdly, I am really surprised by the reviews that claim the teachers care for the children. Well, Ms. Ericka constantly picked on my 5 year old son for no good reason and constantly made him feel that he was a bad child, and this really began to affect his his personality. When my husband called her attention to it, she started calling him names, right in front of the kids. The VPK program is nothing to write home about - no structure, no projects, nothing. In fact, my son mentioned that when they recite the pledge of allegiance, there is usually no flag in front of them. If you love your child, then don't take them to this daycare.

I am so thankful for Mr Eric and the caring teachers and staff at A Hidden Child's World. It is an older building but has tons of room inside and outside and was kept clean with lots of things for the kids to do. The teachers stayed on top of incident reports and always kept me informed of how my kids were doing. I never had to worry when my kids were here during the day or after school. Thanks for such a great experience!

My daughter has been at this daycare since she was a newborn. It is very family oriented. My daughter is "super active" and the whole staff has been very patient with her. My daughter loves it here. When I questioned if she was really learning anything at daycare, her teachers told me that she may be "putting on." They were right. I hear her in her room counting to 30 etc... so it's obvious she isn't interested in "learning" at home. I feel the daycare works as a team with the parents to promote learning and respect.
