Stayed Beachfront at the Island Beach Club unit 22 on Holmes beach. Super quiet beach, not crowed yet within walking distance to some shopping and food. Pool was super nice and the nightly sunsets were breathtaking. Highly recommend the building and the unit we stayed in.

Our stay at Pelican Cove 5, managed by A Paradise Vacation Rentals and Real Estate, was significantly marred by numerous issues. Despite being advertised as having a functional washer and dryer, the washer was inoperable throughout our stay. The washer was deemed irreparable, and the replacement provided was also defective, adding to our frustration.

Key issues included:

- Inoperable washer, with failed repair and replacement attempts over 13 days.
- Unclean bedding and bathrooms, with dust and debris under beds and on toilet bases.
- Safety concerns due to a malfunctioning smoke detector.
- Inadequate air circulation in the bedrooms.

The rental agreement promised expedited repairs, but the delays and provision of a defective replacement washer did not align with this commitment. Despite our efforts to resolve these concerns with the management team, their response was unsatisfactory, and our request for a partial refund was ignored.

While the location of the property was ideal, these significant maintenance failures and lack of effective customer service overshadowed any positives. Communication with the management team proved futile, as they demonstrated no ethics or commitment to customer satisfaction.

Potential renters should be aware of these issues and be fully ready for unpleasant surprises.

Great rental, right on the gulf beach. Room had everything we needed and more. Rental mgmt staff was great when booking. No issues on our stay, had a great week. Beautiful sunsets!

We had an amazing time, staying in Anna Maria for the entire month of June. The owner and the management company made our stay - a family of 5 - as easy as if we were staying in a second home! The condo was very well maintained, the location was exactly what we were looking for and the responsiveness to any requests was prompt and always resolved appropriately. You will not make a mistake by going with Paradise Vacation Rentals!

Condo was great! Very clean. Beach towels and chairs in condo, which is great when flying. They worked with us on the dates because our daughter was getting married on Anna Marie Island, and this is one reason we stayed there. They were so accommodating at a busy time. Also, the hurricane was coming through the night before we left. Our flights got delayed and they worked with us to have a late check-out! Can’t say enough to good things about A Paradise Vacation Rentals! Thank you!!!

Location is the best thing about this condo. The view from our balcony was amazing. You walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. As others have said the decor is a little dated but I wasn't there for that. I wanted and ocean front condo with a view and this is the perfect place. The condo is really stocked with kitchen and towels. The washer and dryer were convenient. The beds were extremely firm that would really be my only complaint. And there needs to be more hooks for bathroom towels. Pool was very clean and never crowded. The trolley stop is pretty close to the condo which is nice to have to take you anywhere on the island. Beware of people in the condo "borrowing" the beach stuff you leave at the bottom of the stairs. There is a sign saying beach gear for owners and guest only, so we left the chairs and umbrella there one night. The next day someone else and taken it. I guess its a communal place to leave stuff but from then out we just lugged it back up to the condo.
Overall a great place. Would for sure stay again.

Anna Maria Island rentals on the beach have a lovely view of the Gulf however MOST of these properties have not been updated in any way since the 90's. Rusted showers, pool furniture and pool have stayed the same for over 20 years, the inside of the rentals are extremely dated, the sheets, the furniture the televisions are all pretty old. They charge a lot ,mostly for the view, because there are no amenities and they are not using the money to update anything.
