I was calling to schedule an appointment and the front desk was extremely rude and just hung up without bye.

I wanted to see if I could schedule an appointment this week. He informed me I would have to fill out forms before speaking with scheduling.
I went ahead and decided to not move forward. This is how the conversation went…

Front desk: you need to fill out the forms and then scheduling will contact you
Me: I would like to know if you have an appointment this week before filling out the forms
Front desk: that’s not possible, this is policy
Me: ok no thank you
Front desk: hangs up

How rude is that!?!

They should have said ok well if you change your mind we are here to help now that you know our policy. Have a great day, bye!

I called back to let him know how he handled the call was wrong. Surprise surprise he was dismissive “ok mama you said no thank you, have a good day, bye and hung up”

I’m sure when he reads this he’ll think all the bad thoughts he wants but the truth is that’s bad customer service.

First the establishment is credential with my insurance company, appointments are available n a timely matter. The staff of great and super helpful at all time. The doctor is very charismatic and very child pleasant! I highly recommend it! And the most important matter: my son felt at ease and joyful!
