ABOVE's lead trainer Vanessa holds certifications in personal training, chronic conditions and nutrition. She inspired me to get back to the gym and made it fun and motivational. You don't feel like she's just another trainer watching you workout, it's like she is right there doing it all with you and so positive cheering you on. Her nutrition program worked for me and she gives you full meal plans so you never get tired of eating the same thing! I have been a client of Mr Phillips for around 4 years. He has truly saved my life. My quality of life has improved so much that I feel like a completely different person. Truly inspires me as a woman to be everything that I am capable of. I cannot praise them both enough for how remarkable they are as professionals and as people.
