I had several weeks of physical therapy because of painful hip while walking and then to improve the use of a frozen shoulder. Mira Ingwer and her staff provide the best rehab I have experienced. She works closely, interchangably and well with her professional staff Jaime, Jay and Adrianna. Each has their own style, yet they often consult with each other and complement each other's work. I highly recommend them.

Miri and her team of professionals were excellent. I was in therapy for severe neck pain/ limited range of motion for 6 months. It’s been approximately a month since my last session and my neck/motion issues have improved to a point where I have control my daily routine. I now utilize the exercises taught to me at Absolute on my own time.to help me maintain my strength and stamina.
