Diane has been wonderful and so instrumental in helping my child achieve consistent clear speech! I met Diane after she provided a brief speech screening at my child’s VPK (at four years old) and recommended a full speech and language evaluation. She determined areas to address, provided a clear diagnosis, set goals, and consistently provided fun interactive weekly speech therapy for my child. She also recommended an ENT evaluation based on specific issues my child was having. That was extremely helpful in clearing up some issues that made articulation more difficult. My child has met all the goals from evaluation and each week looked forward to speech therapy with Diane. I highly recommend her and the interactive and insightful ways she approaches speech therapy for children!

We were referred early on to Early Steps for a speech delay and have had a wonderful speech therapist, Diane come to our house for hourly sessions almost weekly. We started with focusing on just trying to get Ryan to open his mouth, then gestures, to making purposeful noises, communicating by flashcards, to eventually incorporating words, and now phrases. His speech isn’t perfect- and we need to now focus on his enunciating, but to see the progress he has made in just about a year has been awesome. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I know in his own time, he would’ve gotten to where we are now. But, by participating in this program, I really feel it sped things along and gave me the reassurance I needed along the way. ❤️

Our family is so grateful for the time our 2yo son has spent working with Diane. He loves playing with her (to the point that he would get a little sad when she would have to leave) and she did an incredible job of expanding his speech and language skills during our weekly sessions. She also gave us, as his parents, the tools and knowledge we needed to help him on a daily basis. She is extremely professional and always punctual as well as flexible when our family needs to make changes to our schedule. She was extremely helpful in helping me navigate through evaluation processes and meetings with Early Steps as well. Our son has made significant progress in only a year working with Diane. I would recommend her to any family in need of speech/language therapy!
