Ryan (owner of Ackerman Home Inspections) has become one of my most trusted partners over the past few years. As a home inspector, he brings professionalism, clarity, and a steady presence that my clients truly appreciate. He explains everything with honesty and ease—never alarmist, always informative. His reports are detailed yet easy to understand, and he’s consistently respectful, punctual, and thorough. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or a seasoned homeowner, Ryan handles each inspection with integrity and care. He’s more than just a great inspector—he’s a reliable guide through one of the most important steps in the homebuying process.

Our realtor referred us to Ackerman Inspections & Consulting and what exceptional service from Ryan. He is thorough, personable, takes his time to provide tips and tricks as well as explain the details which is so important for first time buyers! He is also super fast with his inspection report which we refer to as we think of our home maintenance list. It was a pleasure working with him. If you’re looking for a home inspector, look no further!

As a realtor, I occasionally work with buyers who need their homes inspected. I mostly work with sellers and part of my package is to perform a pre-inspection. This helps us in the long run. Ryan has done a great job with my sellers and buyers. He is thorough and carefully explains all of his findings. I highly recommend Ryan Ackerman for your home inspections.

Purchasing a home can be super stressful, but choosing your inspector doesn’t have to be. Ryan was extremely professional and thorough. He made sure to take his time in walking through the house and checking absolutely everything. Took time to explain anything that stood out and answer any questions we had. He was also very prompt in giving us a very detailed report the same day ! Would definitely recommend to anyone out there .

Ryan was fantastic to work with — thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything in plain language, pointing out not only what needed attention but also what was in good shape. His report was detailed yet clear, with photos that really helped me see what he was talking about. He even answered a bunch of follow-up questions after the inspection without making me feel like a bother. I felt way more confident moving forward with my purchase thanks to him. Highly recommend Ryan if you want an inspector who knows his stuff and actually cares.
