I am writing this review with pain and agony. After a long waiting and with lots of hope, I joined my kid for getting ABA therapy services in this clinic. Despite not seeing any significant improvement, I still continued services with the positive hope and improvement. Recently, due to communication issue from the clinic, we did not show up to a session. We were called to discuss on no show reason. We discussed and agreed on terms. In few days after the discussion, due to a family situation we were not able to take up a family guidance session one day. I requested to make up the missing time in the next family guidance session. However, for missing a session we were called again for an in-person meeting. I was totally frustrated and felt we were being harassed. I couldn’t be able to take it up their way of treating us and decided to discontinue the service. I went to the clinic to pick up kid and to talk to the lady that provides family guidance. I asked her if we can talk in the room about the matter. But she insisted to talk in waiting room in front of public with arrogant and careless expressions. This was so annoying and humiliating.
I request the families to think twice and do thorough research before you make a decision for the services from this clinic.

Inappropriate, unsafe location! They have a large 16-year-old male playing with preschoolers that are non verbal. As a parent, I am not comfortable with my preschooler playing with teenagers.
