This salon is amazing! I used their stylists for my wedding and all of my bridesmaids. Their professionalism and dedication made the day so much less stressful. I was so happy with the results. I continue to go to this salon and am always feeling great when I leave. Nail artists, massage therapists, hair stylists are all incredibly talented. I still have my hair done there and have always had a fantastic result and a wonderful experience. Their massage therapist has helped me with prenatal massages and was able to completely resolve my tension headache that I had for three days in just one session. I have also had several bikini waxes done there. The person did a wonderful job and the whole process was very clean and nothing but professional. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this salon and staff.

My wife has gone to Ali Pullen at Aqua Aveda for several years now. This is a very professional salon and the entire staff goes out of their way to make sure that the clientele are well taken care of. Personally, I think my wife looks beautiful every time she comes home...but I am a bit biased. Excellent salon!!

I cannot say enough good things about Acqua Aveda! The team is so talented and the salon itself is clean, beautiful and relaxing. I always look forward to visiting. Ali has done my hair for 15 years now. They did all of my wedding events, bridesmaids hair/makeup and I have come in for lashes, nails, waxing over the years as well. Truly the best experience every time.

Acqua Aveda salon is a one stop shop for self care. I originally started going for some of the most amazing manicures I had ever gotten. Then for my cut and color, as well as brows and massages. I’ve never left the salon anything but elated with the service and results I have gotten. It’s so convenient to have a salon on the island that does it all!

Professional, clean, friendly, excellent service always - from the time you walk in to check in with the front desk staff to finishing your appointments. Ali always consults and discusses your appointment beforehand, maps out a plan and executes in solid time, leaving my hair great for days. Highly recommend all services at this salon!!! Cut 3 years of growth off of my daughter's hair after saying they would do a trim. Blew curly hair straight before the cut. Highlights were stripes. Everything went wrong from consult to cut. Stylist and her stylist mom argued with my 15 year old daughter and accused us of lying when we told them they took 5-6 inches off instead of 1 inch. We had to pull up pictures and video, which they then accused us of faking. Luckily they took their own before video in front of their flower wall so they finally accepted the mistake. So aggressive~! Michelle was picking up hair off the ground and yelling "Where's the hair then?" to my daughter. I reminded her that she was 15 and then she shamed me for letting her get her hair done without an adult present.
Only told her that because she was so aggressively yelling at my daughter and she appears older so she needed to know to back off. Owner offered color correction and extensions, which we declined. We did offer to accept product in lieu of ever having to go back in that store-which they had an excuse for not delivering. Save your soul skip it.
