As a new parent I was really nervous in choosing a daycare for my son, however Action Days School made this process much easier. From the start of the registration process, the staff in the office were super friendly and answered all my questions. They made the process super easy. On day 1, I was surprised that I didn't need to bring half of the stuff that I had with me lol. The teachers are great and the communication is really through. When I call them to check on my son, they are always friendly. Some of the teachers even go above and beyond to ensure that all the kids are happy and developing; as a parent it makes me feel that there is a continuum of care. My son loves going there and couldn't recommend this place enough!

I was SO nervous to go back to work and leave my son with someone other than family, but Ms. Jackie has made the transition SO MUCH EASIER! She is kind and caring, and my son really likes her! He has taken his sweet time getting used to being at daycare and gives her a hard time being "allergic to the floor", but she is amazingly patient with him. All the teachers in room A do an amazing job with the kiddos and are so kind to give thorough updates at pickup. I'm so thankful for them!

We feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful daycare for our daughter with Action Day. Every room and transition has gone better than we could have imagined, and we are continually surprised by how much she learns every day! Since Room A (Ms. Jackie), Room B (Ms. Liz), Room C (Ms. Katrina), and now the 2's rooms (Ms. Terry, Ms. Marisol, Ms. Alex, Ms. Lorie and Ms. Rosa), our daughter looks up to and bonds with every teacher so well and its evident how much love and care they give into their class. There are so many little things they each do (e.g. Ms. Marisol did my daughter's hair the whole week that I was out of town) that show how much they care for the kids!

Action Day Mountain View is an absolute gem, from the front desk staff to every teacher from early infancy to Room 5! We make the drive from Willow Glen to Mountain View daily - not reverse commute! - just for these very people who have touched our daughter's life (and ours) so deeply. Our deepest gratitude to this site for making our daughter feel safe, loved and well-cared for while we work; her relationships built with friends and staff here are unmatched. Some special names to mention, but certainly not limited to, include: Ms. Ashley, Ms. Kimberly, Mrs. Chantel, Mrs. Terry, Mrs. Mari, Mrs. Debbie, Ms. Serena, Ms Rosa, and of course Ms.s Jessica, Jess, Jenn, Elizabeth and Hannah. Terry is surely an expert of childcare. She give appropriate instruction to our kid. (Not too soft, not to strict.) In consequence, my daughter listen to the teachers very well and likes them now.

Marisol cared our kid with love from the first day of school. She carried, tapped and played with my daughter while she had hard time for the first experience of daycare.

Both know what they have to do and dedicate themselves including care and cleaning diligently.

Our daughter has been going to this daycare for over a year and it is great. When she first started, her primary caregiver in the infant room (Jazmin) was amazing. She was so adaptive and attentive our daughter had no problems transitioning to the new environment. We felt comfortable from day one dropping her off since Jazmin was so warm and took care of her needs so well. The teachers are really great and her special care from the beginning made such an impact, would recommend!

Action Day MV has been an excellent experience for our two children ages 3 and 6mo. The older child has been there since 3.5 months. Being a father of two children and being acutely aware of some of the awful things adults can do to children, I was especially cautious when investigating day care options with my wife.

From the start, the teachers showed an honest interest in caring for our children. They maintain regular communication with us regarding even the slightest of issues. We passed up a different day care option which was much more convenient because of the good experiences we had visiting.

Between having a variety of fun and educational activities and being located at a park, we always feel that our children are getting an excellent daily experience involving outdoors and socialization that we couldn't provide ourselves.

Additionally, it is located literally a quarter mile down the road from El Camino hospital in case of an emergency.

Highly recommend. They also have other locations depending on where you live.
