I have never been to therapy before now. And I am really glad I am going to this one. The receptionist and the staff they’re very personable. They treat you with respect, they say hello and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. Which you don’t get that any more, from any place you go. All of the therapist who work there, are all really thorough. They work as a team. They know what they’re doing. And you don’t feel uncomfortable. They act like they truly care. They all work together, which makes the office run very smoothly.

This is the best place to come for physical therapy! I was going to a different "Big Name" local place here in Salinas and I was getting robbed! The place I used to go rushed me through 30 minute sessions (that's how people get hurt)! When I switched over to Action Physical Therapy I met Steve and Barry who took really great care of me! Their sessions are very comprehensive and personally designed for my specific recovery! Being in the fitness industry myself I have dealt with PT's who are intimidated to work with me because I am in shape. Or because I am in shape they neglect my needs and think I know how to rehab myself. Steve and his team spent a lot of time with me. They guided me into new routines that targeted my specific Injury. The sessions were always an hour and a half! On top of that, after my workouts Steve would massage me break up scar tissue, and help loosen the tension of where my injury was. They also have interferential therapy machines which help to increase the blood flow and make your recovery even faster! Hands down this is the best Physical Therapists in the entire Monterey Peninsula (I've been to many of them, and my clients agree as well)!! You will get your money's worth here, you will feel like you are definitely making progress with your recovery, and you will get sound advice from industry professionals like Steve and his team! That says a lot coming from someone like myself who works in the fitness industry! Don't get taken advantage of by big name PT groups. Come to Steve and his team at Action Physical Therapy and get the treatment that makes the difference in YOUR recovery!!

I injured my left ankle while training for a race. My doctor advised Physical Therapy and referred me to a local PT clinic. Unfortunately my first appointment would be 3 weeks away. A friend told me about Action PT and I called them. Steve was willing to see me in 2 days! Steve was very thorough and reassuring. The other staff who helped me with my exercises were also amazing. I recovered from my injury and ran the Big Sur marathon with a personal record! Best of all, I finished the race injury-free! Couldn’t thank Steve and his staff enough for everything that they did for me!

I will never recommend this place.
Poor customer service in front and with the therapist assistants.
After every exercise is a waisting time waiting for instructions for the next one.
They treat people us customers instead of patients.

Después de cada ejercicio estás de pie esperando que alguien venga y te diga que es lo que sigue.
El personal sabe que ya terminaste el ejercicio y siguen platicando entre ellos.
Tratan a las personas como clientes de una tienda y no como pacientes.
