I found Dr. Imran’s therapy approach so helpful it has literally changed my life. I was in the bad situations, stressed, anxiety and depressed. I am a trader and was suffering from the problems for a year. I used to drink too much to unwind. Always I was in a bad mood with my wife, kids, friends and relatives. One day one of my relative has suggested me that I should see Dr. Imran. He asked me some questions and suggested to come and attend session. You know what; I felt much relax in a single session. He is too smart, I liked his way. He taught me in some structured way to put things into perspective. He told me that anxiety and depression is normal it can be happened with anyone. If you are in a frustrating situation that time you feel you can’t change, it is a human nature. So, he started by taking sessions and teaching me to see what thoughts were causing a these kind of feelings. He would use a number of techniques or exercises to change the feelings and thought. He is really great anxiety therapist in NJ. Now I feel like a totally changed person.
