Office staff was pleasant and took my information and got me an appointment ASAP. Had my first visit with Dr. Cutter, he was very nice, thorough in his questions, and spent time to understand my past and where I am today. Nice to see an office staff and doctors who care.

Update 2/24/25.
After going thru all the paperwork in Decemeber, then seeing doctor Cutter last month, clearly going over my medications, and no issues were brought up, they call and cancel my appointment today. They advise they cannot see me because of the medications I take. I bring up the fact that we went over them when I became a patient, have seen Dr. Cutter already and discussed all medications, but they say they will refer me to another doctor.

Who do they send me to, a drug addiction clinic. How dare you make assumptions, I was in a severe car crash that has left me unable to function each day. I see a pain management specialist and have drug tests completed every month.

You are a poor excuse for a doctors office.

Dr. Deleon is amazing at what he does. The number one thing is that he really took time to listen to me he truly cares. I reached out due to a great loss of a loved one . I felt cared for from the first visit. I did the genic testing on his request and he helped me with a medication to help me through such a dark time. I am now a little a year out and we have started to low my dose and eventually to hopefully come off the medication. I have been in therapy with Dr. Mobed that is with his office and I have learned copping skills and learned a new way to change my patterns with worry. Dr. Mobed is so caring .I am so grateful for him . The office is so kind and they care as well. I am extremely thankful for the care that I have received .

I have been seeing Dennis Cutter for 4+ years now and he is amazing. He is always very attentive and receptive to my concerns and is very caring. I moved an hour away but I still drive over to see him because he is just great! The pharmacy staff is also very pleasant and quick at responding. I definitely recommend them.

Horrible office staff that mess up your appts and then charge you a $75 no show fee. I literally made a 4:00 appt and Rebecca said it was for a different time. I’m so done with this place.

This is an awesome facility and excellent staff team, they know how to work together as a team!! Tiffany Stephens and Amanda, her assistant are awesome!! Highly recommended Advanced Behavioral Health Center!! Everyone one at thos facility is helpful and nice.

It is clear that the practice is continuously making a concerted effort to better serve its patients and community. The doctors I have seen here honestly care for your well-being and help you acquire the psychological tools to take care of yourself. Thank you to the entire staff for all you do to help patients through trying times. I readily recommend them to anyone in need of professional help from a psychiatrist or psychologist.

It is still unfortunate that they are not all in one building anymore as that is exceptionally confusing for many new patients, but I will continue to pray these offices increasingly become more organized and do better. I know it is possible for these doctors and their entire staff to be very successful and help positively impact many, many people in our communities as I have experienced their help first hand. I hope to add additional stars in the future. God bless.

Edit: Been going back & forth with the receptionists for over a month now trying to get my script refilled. I pay $200 out of pocket every visit over the past 10 years. They say he hasn’t seen me since 2019, but I just saw him in September 2024 and many, Many times prior to then. Every 6 months to be exact since 2013. I have been spoken down to & provided incorrect info several times. The receptionist said she refused to reach out to Dr. Deleon again because she already spoke to him although the info given was inaccurate & illegal for him to provide prescriptions to me if I only saw him once over the past 5 years like she claimed. I am extremely frustrated and hope this is resolved soon so I can revise this rating.

Advanced Behavioural Health in Tavares has been the best mental health facility I've ever experienced. I’ve been a few; the front desk has always been patient & kind, and I especially appreciate Maria keeping my scheduled appointments consistent and payments. I’ve never missed an appointment.
Dr Mobed, on my first appointment, knew me in five minutes; I was a hot mess, struggling with intense anxiety & depression; he gently walked me through the death of my parents, complicated grief, probate, trauma, and breast cancer, the effects of breast cancer prevention medication, multiple complex family issues and so much more.
He is teaching me & my husband the value of self-care, the value of each other, and looking out for our spouses, my husband is my best friend the closest friend I'll ever have in this life, and that trickles down to family.
Dr Mobed, was comforting, he listened to me, encouraged me to trust the process, and that I was not alone. I'm starting to feel whole again, and hope which never disappoints.

Dr. Cutter is attentive to my depression, and anxiety I was experiencing, Dr Cutter found the right combo to treat the grief, anxiety and side affects of hormone-blocking medication for breast cancer. Very blessed to have found them. Listen to their advice & do your homework. 🙏❤️
