My mom has been suffering from extreme pelvic pain for 12 years. No one could tell us what was happening to her. In 2016, she was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. She was on a strict diet, strong painkiller medication, and monthly bladder installation. Diet and IC bladder cocktails were not helping. We kept looking for medical professionals who could help her. Last year, we found a urologist who diagnosed her with Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction (he confirmed that my mom does not have IC), and her doctor recommended pelvic floor physical therapy. My mom completed two physical therapy programs with different specialists, but unfortunately without any improvements in her pain. We were devastated and kept searching for a cure (she tried trigger point injections, bladder medications) but nothing was helping her. However, whenever I looked up her condition, physical therapy was highly suggested. So, I kept looking for a pelvic floor physical therapist. It is not easy to find a specialist with a lot of experience in the pelvic floor field. I was looking for physical therapists in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Daytona Beach, Orlando. I visited many websites and called multiple offices, but they were all no different from the last two physical therapy places that my mom visited.

And then I found Advanced Pelvic Health Solutions!

Dina’s professional and personal experience caught my attention. We were very impressed when we met Dina! Her medical knowledge, passion for help, genuine care for patients, and unique treatment (manual therapy, breathing exercises). My mom is only halfway through her treatment, but we have already seen TREMENDOUS results!!! We haven’t seen positive results in all these twelve years! Therapy takes time, but if you follow Dina’s instructions you will get better!

Dina is so unique in her field, with her knowledge, compassion, care, patience, and positive attitude making my mom leave every session in a great mood and full of hope to have a pain-free life!
