5 stars for the nurses on the second floor. Vanessa, Robert Smith, Victoria, the nursing list goes on. I'm very grateful for the care they gave me. In a nut shell they were great. I'll never forget them.
4 Stars for the food. It was adequate, and better than other hospitals I've been in.
3 stars for the noise at night when sleep is needed to get well.

Everyone was awesome. Very attentive and professional. I had surgery on my wrist and shoulder at the same time. Special shout out to Loretta and Allison and the anesthesia team that did my nerve block. And to Shelly for my care after recovery room. Thank you doctor Sean Spence for doing my surgery. I liked the atmosphere of a small hospital. The nursing staff was friendly and helpful. The anesthesiologist and his department were very helpful and took the time to ask important questions and explain what would be done to become sedated for the surgical procedure. The surgeon also spoke to me to reiterate what was going to be done during surgery.This was a better experience than I have had at a previous surgery at another hospital. I would give a five star but this hospital is old and really needs to be renovated and upgraded with a better organized layout.

After recently having open heart surgery at ShorePoint, I attended my Rehab with the Cardiac Care Unit there as well. The nurses who assisted me not only guided me through the recovery process but also provided me with an enjoyable environment to get healthy again. I want to thank Teresa, Marie, Jennine and Brian for their selfless and heartfelt dedication to my care . They truly had a significant impact on my recovery not only physically but emotionally as well. Their ongoing encouragement was essential and appreciated.

My Emergency room experience was very good. Michael at the check-in was professional and efficient. Nurse Kim was excellent, friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. O'Leary was wonderful as well. Very professional and caring. Explained my situation clearly, and his treatment was excellent. Marlene, the gentleman who did my CT scan and the discharge nurse all projected a professional, caring and compassionate attitude.

I’m making this review regarding my mother who had open heart surgery and did her recovery here. She had a wonderful experience there. She stated that all of the staff was very pleasant and really pushed her for a smooth and healthy recovery. She constantly thinks about the team that assisted her and wanted to personally shout out Jennine, Marie, and Teresa. These ladies took extra time to give her tender love and care. We thank you so much!

My mom has stage 3 kidney disease and with some complications that leads to needing blood transfusions. Unfortunately often. This is the fourth time mom has had a blood transfusion. This was an amazing experience! It was done through same day program and the warm caring professionalism that Amy and Jodi exhibited was phenomenal! Mom has had some bad experiences at other places nearby, and was afraid! Amy was so kind and assured mom she was there to offer mom her total attention, and she was! I feel bad saying that we have had many experiences where we felt like a number or even a dollar sign. Shore Point Same Day made us feel like a patient that needed to be cared for, which can feel like a lost art these days.

I am outraged on hell. They treated my sister and did not do anything to help her. They ran blood work levels, came back. Fine, they said they give their medicine for gas per paresis. Didn't test her Percy? If that was the case before giving her medicine message to threw up the medicine. Wasn't feeling any better? And I still released her after effective she was released. She was still in pain, couldn't control her outburst.
In her voice because of the pain, and then they told her that she needs to leave, or they're removing her. I give this hospital a 0 star. Review and recommend anybody with caspersis and cancer to not go there for help.Cause you might not find it.
