I had both of my knees replaced and did all my therapy at the Davenport hospital location. Thank you to All who helped me get back to a normal way of life. Justin is awesome as well as ALL the therapists. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable, extremely caring, and a pleasure to be around. Such a positive wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend getting your therapy done at this location. You will always be in good hands.

All my therapist were awesome (Wooly, Kepler, Justin & Raul)! They kept pushing me to be the best version of myself after my total knee replacement. Today is officially the last day of my 3 mth therapy after having torn tendon/rotator cuff repair. It’s been a long painful journey but I definitely couldn’t ask for a better team… Raul & Woolly helped me set and reach my goals that in the beginning seemed impossible.

The level of patience, commitment, care and positive atmosphere from beginning to end is so refreshing and helped motivate me to accept each challenge and push through and past the pain. They made therapy more like working out with family/friends. I actually enjoyed the music, down to earth vibes and encouragement. Especially the workouts to do at home.

Even though I didn’t work with them a lot I want to also thank Matt, Kepler and the rest of the crew including front desk who was always helpful in scheduling my appointments. I could keep going but I’ll stop here🤩

Bottom line Raul and Woolly there aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am that you pushed, challenged and helped me reach my goals.

This is definitely 💯 the best location…🥰

I have a chronic condition referred to as IT band syndrome that I have been dealing with for years. Recently the pain associated with it increased dramatically to the point that I was in constant pain. My doctor recommended physical therapy and I opted to try Advent Health Sports Med & Rehab Davenport North Blvd. The care and support I received from the entire staff was beyond excellent. I haven't felt this good in years. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.

Issac designed a plan for my knee replacement recovery and he and his team had me up and about in no time. I can do everything without any pain or problems.
The entire team is really dedicated to helping you recover (you have to do the exercises at home if you want to get better). Now I’m back for my hip bursitis pain and I know they are going to help me recover. If you need PT to recover from anything, this is the place to come. I’ve been to several PT offices and this is the best by far.
