I have had many occasions over the years to receive physical therapy for various reasons, but my most recent experience with AdventHealth Sports Med was clearly exceptional. Although my fractured clavicle was compounded by a serious underlying problem, my team's knowledge, coupled with compassion, allowed me to progress to a highly functional stage in my recovery. I highly recommend this group.

These people are the best. Brett my therapist was wonderful, worked me with lots of different exercises but the outcome was what I needed. Daryle the Dept. Manager went out of his way to help me when I needed. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this location.

I had a good experience at this location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My Physical Therapist, Brett, was caring and gave me a lot of information to help me understand my injury. I was also shown exercises that I can do at home to continue with my maintenance. I recommend this facility.

I have been to 3 orher Phyical Therapist in Palm Coast and got nothing from it to help my spine. I want to tell you that Joe and especially his student Kelly was the best Therapists I have been to in years. Both are professional and knowIedgeable. I was discharged today and I am standing up straight now and able to clean my home which I haven't done in years without pain. If you need a physical Therapist just go to the sport med & rehab at Advent Hospital on Memorial Medical Parkway Palm Coast. They are the best and I am so happy GOD led me to them. I am thanking God for blessing me.Thank you Advent for employing the best ever!!!

I had a horrible experience. PT for lower back caused inflammation of sciatic nerve. Therapist made promised that he didn’t keep. Could not get a returned phone call regarding appointments. I would recommend staying as far away from this office as possible.

I had hand surgery 3months ago. Due to a complicating factor, I was unable to receive physical therapy as quickly as I should have.
Ruthie Spencer in Palm Coast AdventHealth is THE BEST certified hand therapist in the area and despite the fact that I had to drive about 50 miles round trip, I really appreciated her very thorough therapy. My surgeon also recommended her as the best around.
Ruthie gets my five stars, ten stars if I could!

I just finished physical therapy at AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab Palm Coast yesterday. I fractured my knee cap and started PT 5 weeks later. I have never seen such incredible results after each visit either with Brett Hagedoom or Mary Crockford. Every visit helped every time. The exercises worked to strengthen all the muscles surrounding my knee and were effective immediately. I’ve never felt such relief so quickly after such a devastating accident. Every person in the office from the front desk to each Physical Therapist were nothing but pleasant and beyond helpful. Highly recommend they’re the best ?

I shattered my elbow and my surgeon Dr. Weiand did a great job putting it back together. I was sent for PT/OT to help regain mobility in arm movement. I have been working with Ruthie for 2 weeks and already see an improvement. Ruthie is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn't have ask for a better therapist.
