I just joined the AdventHealth Wellness Center Wauchula a few months ago and I have to say that is has been one of the best choices I have made to join. I take two of the classes with the instructor Dagmar who is very knowledgeable and conducts the classes with great enthusiasm. The classes are never dull we have a great group, she makes you want to come back. I have been having some back problems and she has helped with the proper exercises to help which it has. I have met so many nice people since being there. Thank you for having such a great team

I love my class. I have been going for many years and have enjoyed every class. Dagmar is a great teacher. She knows just what to do. We all laugh and have a great time together.

I have not exercised in a very long time. Taking the Silver Sneakers class and the Stretch & Relax class with Dagmar Jones has been very beneficial. Dagmar makes the classes Fun! and I have learned a lot about connecting "mind and muscle" Thank you Dagmar!!

Signed up 2 days ago for a slightly discounted rate for 2 people. Received a phone call the next day saying that the person didn’t have authority to offer the discount and going forward, we will be charged the full rate.

I was also told that the person that signed me up felt “Pressured” to give the discount, because I asked for it. So, not only did they remove it, they made me out to be the bad guy.

I’ve never seen such a blatant bait and switch after signing an agreement.

Continuing the membership since their rates are still fair and I do like the facility.

This is simply an FYI.

If anyone besides the “Membership Coordinator” gives you any kind of offer, it will be removed.

Could use better/updated equipment.. they’ve had the same equipment since I was a child over 20 years ago & im sure longer, it’s also not that big inside but none the less, it gets the job done.
