I went to this place for consultation for HBO treatments.I was advised I would need 30 treatments 5 per week for 6 weeks.I asked the Doc what my copay would be and he said ask the receptionist at the frt desk.I did she said nothing is showing on the pc @ this time. After my 1st treatment I asked again ,I got same answer. I asked after each treatment 10 more times and finally she said if one shows up I will inform you.( she never did). So thinking I had a copay of $20.00 per treatment X's 30 I was OK.Well not to be after about 27-27 treatments Advent sent me a bill showing $150.00 per treatment.I feel I should had been told what my copay would be then I could decide if I could afford to go ahead with them.@ my age of 83 and being on a fixed iincome I would not take treatments. This is not a way to run a business .I can say the staff were very good at what they do and the pace was very clean. But they should also inform the patient of their cost as they are the provider.

I completely understand the Covid concerns and am 100 percent in agreement with taking precautions but being rude about it is completely uncalled for which is how I feel about the front desk staff. My father is a patient and I take time off of work to come with him to see the Dr. My Mom also comes with him, however she has Dementia and doesn't remember half of what is told to her. She wants to be there with my dad which i understand completely. What I don't get is that I have explained this to the staff at the front desk and they still give me a hard time. They are only allowing one person to go back with Dad but I think exceptions should be made under certain circumstances. The Dr's and nurses are amazing by the way and have never made any comment about myself and my mom coming in with Dad before and we have been coming to this facility for approximately 8 weeks. I know it won't make a difference posting this but I just wanted to share this information for others to be aware of the rude staff (front desk).

Its now 2yrs later:: The staff has changed.
Both the 1 hr. wait and the bad attitude from the nurse was enuff of a warning for me to leave. Ill have to care for my wounds.
I will put in a complaint but I dont think it will matter.
Disappointed but not unexpected

Completely ineffective place. While talking on the phone I'm hearing another Spanish person louder than the person I was talking to. I asked if she was on speaker phone and she said no. Then there's a gong going off every couple minutes. They finally got me an appointment but ended up making two accounts for me. Not going there period.
