I am just slightly disappointed. The initial intake process was ridiculously long. Aside from that, the staff were very helpful and compassionate. I was so glad I finally got help. After receiving my first treatment dose, I asked on 3 separate occasions on 2 different days, just to be sure. What times can I come to medicate. By 3 different staff members I was told anytime, between 7am-5pm. Still getting acclimated to the medication, I over slept Saturday and went in to dose at 11am. They were closed. And let’s just say It was a long night. You see my frustration. Especially just being in the previous day and meeting with my counselor. No one thought to mention this. Anyway, aside from this not so small issue, I believe this is a good place and the people I have encounter so far, seem to be compassionate and care.

I made an appointment and got my medication the same day. the process took a couple of hours and insurance paid for everything. They also helped me get a ride from and to the center with lyft all for free. This took a couple of hours but 100% worth it. The staff was very nice you just have to be patient and have all the necessary documents be honest and do their drug test. This is a god send and i hope to continue the program. Update (12-29-23) I had a great experience with everything from wait time to the positivity of the doctors and the dispensing of the medication is great!! They are so nice and really care about helping you with no judgement. This place is a godsend to those in need of this help and great medication. They take care of everything including my rides from and to the location I wish this place had better advertising for their great services.

Very disappointed. My first week went just fine. Filled with optimism that I finally got help. Spent all day down the hill for job interview. Went straight to aegis to dose. At 4:30 said they couldn’t. Even though I was told 7:30-5:00. There is no wonder why people can’t get straight. Disappointed

This is the worst place to go ever I’ve been calling in since Friday talking to front desk workers they give me the runaround. I found their sister clinic then they tell me oh you have to come back to our city Hesperia ca, all the from riverside to see our doctor even though your high risk pregnant and due in 4 weeks . They Doctor doesn’t do anything but type your answers and neither does their doseing nurses . They just want to use you for your money/ Medicaid this is all illegal so I’m going to talk to a lawyer to pursue with suing them they make u want to overdose smh such a sad world we live in
