Literally the worst clinic I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with 7 different ones. The staff is power hungry and constantly throwing their little bit of authority around. Once you are a patient, they don’t care about you at all. It’s all about getting that new patient money. They only have one good doctor and he stays so booked up you can’t get in to see him.. their lab doesn’t even test their Drug screens they just send the same numbers back every single month. After I proved this and called them out on it, of course they started testing it, but it took me upwards of three months to get management or anyone else to listen to me… at aegis you are less than a number, numbers get Recognized. It’s Monday morning and I’ve been needing to talk to talk to them since Friday… there’s a 24 hour line if you want to become a new patient And you have insurance or money. But nothing for existing patients who have been spending their hard earned money there for almost 2 years… Staying sober is extremely difficult when dealing with Aegis. They themselves trigger me more than anything else in my life but unfortunately that’s who I’m stuck with at the moment. If you are reading this chances, are you still have a choice… go somewhere else. AEGIS DOESNT CARE

I transfered to this clinic today from medmark out in Fairfield. From the moment I walked in the door to when I felt like they legitimately cared about me. The clinic i transfered from isn't the most efficient clinic, not bad mouthing them but stuff just doesn't happen very smooth there all the time. The woman working up front here at aegis, Martie, was flat out incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure that what can easily turn into an absolute nightmare to deal with easy, and did everything she could to make sure I got my meds as fast as possible. She was very friendly, did a great job of helping me understand each part of the process, and showed genuine caring and compassion. I've dealt with quite a few clinics over the years and Martie and thr staff as a whole help make sure while you're there you feel safe and like they actually care about you and getting your life on track. The doctor was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood, and even shared some stuff about methadone with me that none of the other clinics told me in the 6 years I've been on methadone. The dosing nurse and the other staff members I spoke to were all very friendly and outgoing, making sure I felt as comfortable as possible and had everything I needed. Every other intake I've done has been 3 plus hours and a huge pain to deal with. Had Aegis not been waiting for almost 2 hours on paperwork from my old clinic I'd have been out of there in 2 hours, maybe less. I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews unless the place I have been to provides exemplary ans remarkable service, and Aegis did exactly that. If you're looking for MAT treatment or anything similar that Aegis provides, these are the people you want to see. I just wanted to thank Martie and everyone else at the manteca Argis location. You all are amazing and I'm so grateful for your help today. This clinic needs to be the industry standard all other clinics model their operation off of

Has anyone else had their UAs come negative for methadone metabolite even when you know irrefutably you've taken your doses as prescribed. Ive been a patient there since they were Healthy Connections and not once has my UAs come positive for illicit substances. And if they did it was prescribed by a doctor. Other than that I've been for the most part a compliant patient and at one point was receiving 2weeks worth of take homes but I've had 6 for the majority.last year I was restricted take homes due to my UAs coming back negative for methadone metabolite. I've had to start all over to earn all my take homes back, which I'm sure some of you may know takes months and in the mean time you have to attend the clinic every day to dose. Not an easy task for being a mother of 5 and working.To prove I've been taking my medication as prescribed I did the peak and trough test to find out if Im metabolizing my meds quickly. And the test said yes. Since then my UAs were favorable and I tediously earned my 6 take homes back up until a few days ago while I was at work I received a random call back to bring my bottles. I work out of town and could not make it in the next day so I called the clinic within 24 hours to let them know I couldn't make it due to my work schedule conflicting with the clinics hours of operation. When I told management her response was " all I can tell you is in 90 days you have to earn your take homes back," leaving me with the choice skip work so I don't get sick or go to work and be sick all day everyday. Luckily I called management at a different clinic and with empathy she was able to reduce it to 30 days with favorable UA Ill be able to get all my bottles back as opposed to 90 days earning 2 at a time every other month. The staff there are caring and kind but management not at all

Great place to get help if you or someone you know is abusing opiates this may be the place for you, I was a everyday user of street drugs & since I've been going to aegis my daily use & urge to use is no more an issue. They try to help as much as possible but you gotta want it for yourself, I was on 120mgs for about 2yrs & am now in the process of tapering down my dose I'm down to 55mgs & will continue to wein myself off slowly to mitigate the withdrawal symptoms until I get into a detox program in French Camp.

This place saved my life,, if it wasn't for the staff and my treatment plan I'm pretty sure I'd lose my job. Aegis keeps my cravings at bay which means I don't have to go through withdrawals because the doctor I had thought it would be a good idea to give me a bunch of opiates in a prescription and tell me there safe. Anyway I have not had to take a day off work in 3 years or have to take something that doesn't belong to me so I can get money to take away the SICK.. I really hope this place stays around and people keep up helping us that want and need help, I definitely could not live day to day without AEGIS in my life. Thank you to all staff and personnel and everyone involved in this company ,you are a great service to people that might otherwise be dead or in jail

Well, I was told to come here, maybe y'all should be in contact with eachother and stop wasting everyone's time.

Extremely unprofessional far communication. Zero follow up with clinical help and needs of help. There apology's for there less than adequate help is poor and unheart felt at best!
