This place is very disappointing. I've spent $150 before even starting the counseling for a first DUI that will become a reckless driving, and they're report wants me to do 12-16 weeks plus weekly AA and a bunch of other stuff. I have sent 3 emails since receiving the report asking to have it explained to make sure I'm reading it correctly and 4 days later, still no response. Well of course I have transferred to a different company. I don't drink on a regular basis but if this is a requirement, I want it to be worth it and not just some company taking my money. Money that I need to live and eat. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I had done my research on them before picking them.

Had an amazing experience. Patrick was my counselor and I haven’t met someone so supportive in this whole experience I was never judged and always felt welcomed to say how I felt thank you so much for everything Patrick.

This is by far the worst business i’ve ever dealt with. The communication, the professionalism, and playing cat and mouse to get SCHEDULED is ridiculous. Due to understaffing they couldn’t provide me with individual counseling (would’ve been nice to know before I paid them almost $200 in fees to even get STARTED). Forget calling this place too. They won’t take your call unless you call from a brand new number, if you have a profile with them - you can leave them voicemails that they’ll never return. Even trying to dispute the charges, my bank cant even get in touch with them (: This place is ran by people that do NOT care. Pick another one.

Absolutely horrible counseling. DO NOT hire these people. The counselor “Monica Perry” didn’t even want to do her job even though I paid for the service. This is a bait and switch operation that preys on people that are court ordered to do counseling. This should be ILLEGAL. It’s truly a shame.

I wish I read the reviews before choosing this company. It’s all a money making scam. They gave me an assessment and decided I would need 12-16 weeks of counseling. (I don’t even drink) The “counseling” is a zoom call with 20-30 people on the call. At least 30 minutes of the meeting was roll call and nonsense. They kept extending my weeks for no reason. The counselor didn’t even know who I was. They wouldn’t accept the state given drug tests because they wanted you to pay them. In the end I was in the program for 22 weeks and it cost me about $1500. Do whatever you can to find a different program.

All about the money. 20 to 30 people on zoom! What?!?!?35 minutes to get introductions and then total nothing due to people input. No text responce as I have texted several times not knowing if it was even received! A simple acknowledgement would have been nice. Now I sent them a courtesy text to let them know I was traveling and all I received was a text that I have a UA Saturday?!?!!!im on vacation and will not be in town. Marci is wonderful but the company sucks

It is absolutely affordable but you get SO much MORE than what you pay for. It is extraordinary to find affordable mental health care staffed with people who truly care about you- and I found it here. My counselor went far beyond the office to help me. She is gentle when she has to be, firm when it’s needed, but she is ALWAYS kind. I always felt like I mattered when I went there, and my life is changed and much improved for it. I am so grateful! Thank you all!
