Rebecca Lima has been my therapist since May and has been exceptionally amazing in helping me out in my journey! I have never felt more comfortable with a therapist. Tony is very personable in his approach to therapy. He does a really good job of maintaining professionalism while making you feel like you are talking to a friend. He is very knowledgeable in different behavioral therapy techniques and he is deliberate when it comes to educating his clients about what it is they are feeling; all the while arming them with the knowledge and life skills to identify, cope and even overcome those issues. Tony possess the traits of an honest, caring, empathetic and positive clinician who tells you what you need to hear. I would recommend Tony for anyone seeking mental health care/treatment. Been seeing Rebecca Lima for almost half a year now and she's awesome! Super attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive. I never have to explain my identity as trans masc person and that's been huge.
