Arlene and her team are the best in Miami hands down. Been coming here for 12 years when my body needs strengthening and when I need help recovering from fitness injuries. I cannot say enough good about this place.
While here on vacation I needed some physical therapy. Just before vacation, I had seen a orthopedic doctor in regards to chronic pain in my lower back.. they wanted me to start physical therapy as soon as possible. I mentioned I am going on vacation for six weeks so they gave me a script to start physical therapy while on vacation. I found alignment physical therapy on a web search. Let me tell you these people are fantastic from the minute. You walk into the door you are greeted by friendly people at the front desk then I was assigned a physical therapist which showed a true concern for helping me get better after several visits. I have shown great progress due to the hard work of the two physical therapist that helped me through my pain. My only regret is my vacation is over and I have to go back home and will not be able to continue visits at alignment physical therapy, do not hesitate. If you need any physical therapy. These people will treat you promptly courteously and with real affection to improve your condition.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! Arlene Gomez has incredible knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of the body. She has hands of gold and is my miracle worker. She and her staff genuinely care for their patients well being. Arlene has seen me through the recovery of two of my shoulders and chest cavity. I've also entrusted her wonderful staff with the PT care of my elderly parents. 5 stars for everyone who works there!!! You guys are the BEST.
