This is my second time needing therapy after surgery and my second time using Gabe. He Is not only professional and caring, he’s kind and a pleasure to work with!

I have referred him and will continue to do so and should I ever need to return to receive physical therapy, It will be with Gabe because I know he will take good care of me and give me the time I need.

I highly recommend you use him also! You won’t regret it!

Amazing experience, considering I hobbled in there with a fractured ankle. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff were happy to be there which speaks volumes on how they will treat the patients. Gabe does an absolute amazing job of leading his staff, they seem more like a family to me but I mean this in the best possible way. Always willing to help each other but also able to Maintain a fun environment while still be respectful. In a culture where customer service and good bed side manner seems to becoming a thing of a past, I truly appreciate experiences like these. Hands down best team and i would recommend this place to anyone!

Great Staff, Great PT Care!
Brian was my assigned PT care provider and was assisted by All Star's wonderful support team. Shout outs to: Saul, Shaheen, Ana and Steady! Additional shout outs to the unsung heroes of the front office: Stephanie and Yvonne, who were great with scheduling. I was seen for a problematic LF knee and after seven sessions, I am as good new, well as good a 55 year-old knee can be--lol! I have my mobility back, but more importantly I finished my treatment with a more positive outlook because I have a clear understanding of my role in taking care of my health. Thank you to everyone who helped get me back to my daily routine, pain free. I highly recommend this All Star PT location. One caveat: allow for extra time to park and be patient, the building is under construction. 😉

Very upset with this place after talking a bit and about to schedule for my Son , I was asked his diagnostic and after hearing on the spectrum syndrome, the lady acted wiererd and put me on hold to check on something really quick when she came back to the line she said and you could tell her she was making this up as she was speaking what is the date of birth because for certain years the the OT Personnel doesn't take like really we were about to schedule already and then now you come with this after you hear it on the Spectrum it was just really awful and awful feeling and I just feel very discriminated and feel very sad that's being a OT location they would act this ridiculous so anyhow I would not recommend this location for any parent that wants to take their child to get help

I am deeply disappointed with my experiences at this physical therapy facility. The primary issue I faced was the apparent overbooking of patients, leading to a lack of personalized care. My sessions primarily involved being left to do exercises on my own, which were the exact same ones I was asked to do at home, and that, with minimal guidance, which let me wondering why I would spend 2 hours of my day to do something I can do in 15 minutes on my own time at home.

I was sent there several times by my PCP for different issues, and the process is always the same: the physical therapist only spent about five minutes with me before disappearing. This left me in the care of assistants who frequently stepped away, leaving me unattended and waiting between exercises until being handed off to interns who also had to run between patients. Then, after 20 minutes of doing exercises on and off, they put me on ice/heat packs for 10-15 minutes and done.

I know this is not the fault of any particular care giver because this was the same process over my past series of visits. This is how the facility is run.

Another concern was the lack of clear communication and patient education. I found myself having to ask for explanations over almost every exercise or treatments, which should ideally be a standard part of patient care if the therapists were given the time to do so.

Furthermore, the space constraints led to uncomfortably close quarters with other patients during exercises, which added to my discomfort. I was even doing some exercises should to shoulder with another patient at some point.

Everyone I have interacted with at this facility is nice and I appreciate small gestures like the receptionist knowing me by name when I check-in, but unfortunately, I will ask for a referral to a different facility because of the way it is managed.

I am commenting on the excellent care I received at your Escondido location. Gabe, Kelly, Sarah, Nathan,Saul and a couple of techs (sorry I’ve forgotten their names) were caring, knowledgeable and efficient! . Gabe especially truly listened to my concerns about my leg trauma! He was kind and organized. He worked hard to promote the healing of my injury. In five weeks he really helped my to regain mobility in my leg during my recovery process. Although I received PT while I was recuperating from my injury at my son’s house in Valley Center ( I actually live in NY) I would highly recommend this team to anyone when visiting my kids in Valley Center, CA! Well done all! Liz Grant

From the parking, to the smell of the office, to the front desk staff, it was all negative. The ladies at the front desk barely even looked up when I hobbled into the office. She then argued with me about my appointment. I had been waiting for a week and a half and was so excited to get on the path of recovery. I can 100% tell you she made the error yet refused to do anything but tell me it was my fault. I left because I have no time for incompetence but found a wonderful place very near by this office. They greeted me a smile the minute I walked through the door. My advice, look elsewhere if you want to be treated like you are welcome! ( I honestly can't blame any of this review on the therapists as I never got that far!)
