We have had ABA services with this company for about 6 months now. Our RBT Staci has been a blessing, she has gone above and beyond for us and has truly made a difference in my son’s life. We are so thankful for her and everything she has done.

Recently we were informed that the company will no longer be taking my son’s insurance and he would be without therapy. Options to help or fix the situation was not offered they just basically told us that we needed to switch insurances but with all of his other resources taking his insurance this becomes an issue. Being in the medical field myself I understand how insurances can change and these types of issues can arise, but when you’re dealing with children especially children with disabilities this should be handled differently. Other options should have been offered except for saying hey these are the insurances you can switch to chose one. Taking a child’s therapy away from them when they need it the most is neglectful. As a parent this is extremely frustrating and uncalled for.

We have been fortunate enough to be part of the ATS family for almost a year now. We have been truly blessed to have Cassie as my daughter’s RBT and she’s with my daughter 2x a week in school. Cassie is a bright, young and very intelligent woman who has a great connection with my daughter. Cassie has great rapport with teachers and stays on top of assignments and homework that is due or coming due. She’s a wonderful communicator, updating me with every aspect of school life. It has made life easier for myself and my daughter! I highly recommend All Therapies Support and I’ve not been disappointed in any way.

I am so blessed by this company that has truly changed my life in so many ways!!! I have had a bad experience with my son and ABA with another company and was hesitant to go for round 2 with another especially since we fought to get the services for over 5 years to have a very poor couple months! But the blended approach they use taking in the WHOLE child and addressing all their emotional support needs as well has been a blessing. (Thank you so much Lou and Mike!!!!) So much so that I was even swayed so far to this side of services to become an RBT myself working for this company. I can say from both the client and employee standpoint that it is without a doubt so supportive and awesome that I am so excited to be a part of this family!

This company has been the saving grace for my children. My oldest has been struggling with social anxiety for years and is now wanting to be independent and explore social settings now. My youngest is learning how to have appropriate social skills. I couldn’t ask for more. Without them I would be lost!

We were with another ABA company before this one, and I only have good things to say about All Therapies. Our RBT Cassie is amazing. The communication between our RBT and BCBA has always been amazing. Any time I have concerns or questions they always answer back fast.

Terribly unprofessional company! Does not think about the clients AT ALL!!! And Joel aren’t you who called me Monday? Saying you didn’t wanna leave me hanging? Hmmm where do we start did you miss the memo your company was hounding our Bcba to hound us for an updated referral saying ours was no good! See I’m a bit smarter than the average I spent all morning calling my insurnace, Doctor etc till I realized something wasn’t right! Then I asked for billing to call me never happened! Monday after my review you Joel call my phone? Trust me when I say I know everyone in town many mothers that use your company! Paying people to write reviews? When you have internal business issues figure a way better tactic when children are involved, because your company did not think about the children AT ALL!!!
Joel when you called you didn’t even know my kids RBT how professional is that? If you knew my kid and her past you would not have approached anything with my case they way you guys did! You all have treated this like a money maker and no parent in this situation wants to see that get some compassion! Probably shouldn’t have involved me in whatever scam you attempted Friday and yes I called EQ there was zero billing issues.
