Speaking as a former student currently in college, I can tell parents that this school may look great on the surface, but inside it is the complete opposite. This school is made for children with special education disabilities because the curriculum is very easy. The teachers are extremely uneducated and therefore the school cannot offer Advanced Placement or IB courses, you will end up taking them on FLVS, which is FREE. If you are a parent, you will end up paying for your childs grades, not their education. I once found myself in a position with a teacher in which I was more educated by pointing out a question that he marked wrong on my test, which was in fact correct.This school is not challenging, it is extremely easy, I believe when students graduate from this school and go to college. They will have a hard time due to lack of proper education. Your child may get into college because of their GPA at this school, but what is the quality of that education? If your child shows signs of being more intelligent than others, do not send them here.

As a recommendation, there is a school called Cypress Bay in Weston FL. It is one of the top free public schools in florida, their curriculum is much better for anyone actually trying to get an education

My son graduated with the class of 2014. He received a top notch education and went onto a top notch University. The faculty and staff are magnificeint and went above and beyond for him just as they do for all their students. Dr. A is the principal I wish I had growing up and I can’t wait for my girls to be old enough to attend.

Nice, staff teachers they have to control the bullying problem dr or ms Allison is a good lady and I respect her values but I was stuck and there was no way to stop the bullies cause if I defend myself here they snitch and They should not charge money for the kids to do homework after class or detention cause there parents pay for it what they should do is instead of PE they can do the homework and less privileges and short lunches I graduated at 16 at a way better school dr Allison is a good lady though but if I defend myself at this school and earn respect I’d get snitched on and I don’t like to snitch cause people will look at you as soft the bullying was too much for me also I was struggling with the school work its hard in school when your dealing with those two things in 1 shot I hope this school stays open and fixes the problems it has.
