Amanda is a ball of positive energy and a free spirt. She brings the tools to help and she teaches you how to use them in your life so even long after your sessions with her, you will know how to better navigate things in your life better. Her book, “Guided Reflection”, is one of those tools that have helped me figure out where my focus needs to be to help me better balance my life. Definitely recommend, especially if you are a P.O.C in search of someone who truly listens, understands, and wants to help.
