Amelia is amazing. Her assessments are thorough and her treatment has been tremendously helpful. Any pain I’ve come to her with has improved by doing the specific exercises she has recommended. Amelia is a rare find. I have worked with many PTs over the last 10 years and can confidently say that she is the best, most knowledgeable, detail-oriented, curious, and open-minded PT I’ve met. I came to her because I have MS and needed a customized plan to track my goals, and milestones and work with the new neuro-modulation device PoNS to change my gait and balance. Amelia fully embraced new technology, got trained in it, and went above and beyond to provide me with the support and guidance I was looking for. A long overdue review, but I can't recommend Amelia enough! I initially saw her for bladder problems, and then she helped me with some hip and pelvis dysfunction, which turns out was all related to my pelvic floor. She takes the time to really understand your issues, is very thorough in her exam and treatment, and takes all aspects of health into account. She is on another level above your average physical therapist, or should I say 10 levels up. I love that she gave me a manageable amount of take home things to do, so it didn't overwhelm me, and they were all things very individualized to my issues. My bladder issues are at bay now, and my hip/pelvis are pain-free. Her space is so inviting and welcoming, too. Thank you for your time, amazing care, and great attention to detail Amelia!

I came to Amelia after a decade of lower back + hip tightness that shifted into nearly debilitating nerve pain. You can imagine that so many years of use, abuse, and not listening to my body compounded my issues into something greater than a single origin of pain. Amelia has been incredibly supportive during this journey and is constantly innovating to get to the root of my issue. She has completely changed my perspective on what a great PT embodies. After a few months of working with Amelia, acupuncture, and lots of self-love and dedication, I am seeing some great improvements and even able to get back on my bicycle for some gentle bike riding. Amelia saved my love of biking! After falling in love with mountain biking I started to experience pelvic muscle and nerve pain symptoms after my rides and made it difficult to ride very often. Things got worse and worse. After visiting several doctors who just offered pills for the pain, physical therapy was suggested. Amelia diagnosed my issues with my pelvic floor right away in a very comfortable manner and led me down the path towards pain free riding again!
