Palm Tree Villas is fabulous!! Just 200 steps from the beach are these cozy villas with a very quiet atmosphere! It has its own pool, BBQs, private patio, kitchen utensils and state-of-the-art appliances where you and your family will have an incredible vacation. If my family travels to the Gulf of Mexico we only stay here

Well, let's start with the room.We had the queen number 20 Villa and it was absolutely beautiful. To very large rooms, a beautiful kitchen and living room. Our own private patio with a grill directly across from the swimming pool. Easy access for the kiddos. The atmosphere and setting was very peaceful and relaxing.
Location location perfect. Not even a 2 minute walk from the beach. Were we enjoyed white sands and beautiful ocean Views.
The service there was andcredible we had all the amenities we needed for our room everything from dishes to laundry soap to beach toweven a wagon with toys for the beach for the kids. The manager checked in on us and the middle of our vacation just to see how we were enjoying everythe communication and service was awesome.
We will absolutely be returning to this villa for our next vacation. Much, thank you to the staff and the service that we received.Everything was absolutely perfect

It was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, and we will be back for sure. Wendy was a great host. She upgraded our studio to a two bedroom villa because it was available and lent us beach chairs. We really appreciated it. The Villa was well appointed with new appliances and all the things you need. There was a lot of TLC in the furnishings. Lovely patio outside with a bbq. it was a great location on beautiful Holmes Beach, which was a very short walk away. Loved it.

This is my third year staying at Palm Tree Villas ! I love the villas and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer this year in the Grande! Very clean and Wendy is such a good host! The location is perfect! I will always stay here when I go back to AMI !

Beautiful and peaceful villa. Located by the beach and by the free Anna Maria Trolly. The pool is nestled among beautiful Palm Trees, a lovely garden like area. The cleaning staff was super helpful and friendly when we arrived. Wonderful place to stay.

The unit was clean however several items were not working! The shower head was held up by a hair tie(clearly broken) the shower shelf broken and covered with scotch tape , the tub did not drain so that was held open by a sponge! They should have not given us this room and focused on correcting the broken items. My sister was stung by a wasp on the patio our first day there! We could not use the patio the entire time. They did not properly remove the nest and the wasps were working to rebuild it the next day. There is not someone consistently on the property. The pool was heated but felt the patio was small around the pool.|We did like the location, nice quiet area of the island

My stay at Palm Tree Villas was perfect for a business trip, and so much more enjoyable than a hotel. The property is quiet, clean, and the bed in my villa was comfortable. Each villa has a kitchen which is really convenient for making your own food. The beach is close, and I enjoyed walks on the beach and sunsets. The communication was excellent with Palm Tree Villa as well! I would stay there again.

I have stayed at numerous units here each time has been a pleasure. Palm Tree Villas is an absolute gem for a beach getaway! The place is spotless, just steps from the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants . Each unit I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and stylishly updated. Can't recommend it enough for a perfect beach escape!
