I did therapy with Anat for a year. I must honestly say at first I was skeptical thinking she wouldn't be able to relate to me. This would be the first time I would be using the services of a therapist. There is a stgma where therapy is concerned amongst the Black community. But I kept an opened mind and I must say I wasn't disappointed. I was so comfortable with her and hated we had to end my therapy sessions.
