I have seen many therapists before, but Joy is by FAR the best therapist I’ve ever had and has helped me tremendously! She is also one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Marriage.. and she called me asking me more questions prior to saying she felt like she wanted to report my case to her boss.. I said mam there’s no threat for safety nothing. And she ensured me that she just wanted to make sure - and the next day my poor daughter gets called to the school office for questioning scaring her! I am

I’d give them zero stars if it was possible. I made an appt, printed and filled out the ELEVEN page new patient forms, as requested. I showed up ten minutes early for my scheduled appt and the therapist never showed up. Other people who share her office bldg called and texted her to tell her I was there and she never responded. I left after 40 minutes of waiting. I haven’t heard from anyone there and they have all my contact information. Good thing I wasn’t suicidal!!
