Pam P.A. Left my son without medication over the Xmas holiday. He called multiple times knowing they would be closed and was told she would take care of it. Next day I emailed and called but office already closed. Medication will cause seizures if not taken for several days. Uncaring and unprofessional.

I've been going to them for over a year now my therapist left and was replaced by a woman named Daisy. I ran out of my medicine because she told me to take two instead of one so of course that cut the prescription in half and I didn't have any left for the last 2 weeks I called the office and asked if she could send me a few and to get through to the month cuz they are my sleeping pills. They were rude they never answered my calls I called three or four times never did hear from Daisy and would never recommend anybody to go to them especially to Daisy. Barbara Mason

Horrible customer service!!
I was mistreated this morning by the lady on the phone she was extremely rude and
Disrespectful. I personally don’t agree that you call for help and someone can be that mean to you.
I can’t believe they have unprofessional people working in the office that is supposed to be treating mental Health!!
All I wanted to do is make an appointment for my son, and she totally denied it for me, didn’t offer any help solution or contact and hung up on me.

From the moment I called this office to book an appointment, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff here is extremely professional. I'm blessed to be Pam Yarrington's patient. I was having trouble with my sleep and my moods. She listened to me the entire time, and I felt like I mattered. Pam Yarrington is honestly the best provider that I have seen for my psych needs. I am very happy with my medication regimen and the improvement in my life so far. Thank you Pam!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cubano's for over 8 years, I have seen all of the PA's and my ultimate favorite is Pam. She is definitely in the right field. She listens to me no matter what issues I'm having at the time. She always helps to try to give me suggestions to help me to try to quiet my brain. Regarding meds she very cautious about starting and stopping meds. I think she has helped me more than anyone employed there and really has genuine concern in helping me and figuring out what is the best course of treatment for me!! I pray she never leaves Dr. Cubano's practice! Pam is one of a kind and has such empathy and compassion for her patients. Thank you Pam for always being there for me!! ❤️❤️❤️

A family member was a patient of Dr. Cubano's for nearly 1 year. To be honest, that was 1 year too many and we still regret not finding an alternative sooner than we did. First, let's be clear hear, the 4 and 5 star ratings you see are are posted by accomplices of Dr. Cubano who are attempting to offset the horrifically bad ratings this Doctor has here, and on other ratings sites. During our time with this practice we witnessed self-serving interpretations of state laws that lined his own pockets, patients being forced to take humiliating urine tests that were not required by state law (this was for treatment of ADHD), and a whole host of other questionable issues. His office staff was horrendous. And from what I can see in the more recent online ratings, nothing has changed. You WILL be treated as infants by a group of indifferent young people who are incompetent, uninterested, dismissive, and rude. No one answers the phone. No one returns phone messages. No one files prescriptions. The only way to try and fix anything is to show up in the office and demand assistance. Speaking of the office environment. Zero privacy, zero room to move. Tiny waiting room and everyone is packed in like sardines. His clientele is, well, questionable. So much so that an "enforcer" showed up one day in the office to keep everyone in line (if you care about your safety.. stay away). Even more telling is that he's changed the name of his practice, more than once, to try and escape the long history of terrible reviews. Dr. Cubano is a Clown. His office/practice is a joke. Please, I say this with all sincerity, if you care about yourself or your loved ones, find an alternative. There are many excellent psychiatrists in the lake Mary area.

Talked to a nurse practitioner about ADHD as an adult. I talked about getting on medication because I have had issues all my life and now realized that it has been misdiagnosed numerous times.
The response I received was “ why bother at your age” which tells me that this staff has a lot to learn about patients who struggle with daily suffering from not being treated.
It is also impossible to get to Dr Cubano and leave a message or connect via email.

I would suggest a more experienced practice who truly understand their patients needs and take more continuing education courses in the scope of their practice.
Also highly recommend Dr Cubano be more accessible and transparent as a medical director.

I was in this office on yesterday. The staff is horrible. They charged me almost $40 for a deductible when my insurance covered the entire
Visit. When I called in for my refund I was treated nasty by the staff and said I needed to speak with the biller Robert for my refund. I asked over and over again for a refund and to speak with Robert they kept hanging up in my ear!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED I spoke with Robert finally from phone number 427-1855 very rude treated me like I was illiterate. I’ve never been seen for mental health so I wasn’t aware of deductibles etc he asked me why did I pay yesterday and I told him I’ve never saw a doctor like this. Mind you I saw a young lady who knew NOTHING!! Dr CUBANO doesn’t exist by the way even though he’s all over my prescription and doctor notes this is unethical and I will be reporting to the medical board
