People there are extremely rude. They call and leave no information on who has called. Or even a number or extension to call back. When you call back they claim they can neither confirm or deny who is a patient when you are the patient being seen. If you try to get through to a case worker or anyone working your case they say they cannot help you that you have to come in physically to find out who has been calling. They claim it's patient confidentiality and protocol. Well, how do I know if it's just a simple question needing to be answered? I have never called a place and cannot speak to my case worker because I forgot his name. They act as if they are CIA or FBI classified. A normal psychiatry facility will uphold HIPPA but will allow you to speak with your psychiatrist or at least be transferred to leave a message for them to get back with you. This is not the case with Apalachee. Not only do they do that but have one nurse on duty, so when you run out of meds you really need and cannot miss like bi-polar meds you can go sometimes 2-3 weeks before they refill for you. If you call about that they claim they cannot help you and if it's "that bad" you need to go to the hospital or baker act yourself. This place is very unorganized and needs to re-evaluate the treatment plans they have for patients as well as their communication protocols with patients. Being as they are suppose to be here to help the community they need to sit back and think of ways to actually assist the community in a respectful manner. I understand following protocol but your not the CIA your an OUTPATIENT facility.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST place to seek help for depression and Anxiety. They have changed DR'S and NP's 3 times since June. The new lady last name White....cares 0%. She's one of those that think she entitled and better than everyone else. I don't evend know if she Is licensed to play this role.

Terrible place to go for anything from primary care to mental health. Staff is really friendly but they have not been doing this long enough to know how to run their facility. Waste of my time, money, and patience. Seek Care Elsewhere!

I have a family member in here.. Very unprofessional. Not a place you want someone you love to be especially when they have no reason to be in this kind of facility to begin with. They keep people in here that even don't need to be. Someone needs to be checking out these places.
