I cannot recommend Apex Physical Therapy enough! After being misdiagnosed by another physical therapist who told me I couldn’t run for a month, I went to Apex for a second opinion. Danica (my new best friend) did an ultrasound, correctly diagnosed my issue, and used innovative treatments that left me virtually pain-free after just one session.

I was referred to Apex for recovery from back surgery . I expected a typical physical therapy session . Ya know , bend, stretch, pull, push .Helena suggested Dry Needleing .It has been a fantastic experience. My muscles have relaxed and my movement ability is so much better . It has reduced my pain at least 50 % to 75% and I feel so much better. I have so much relief. It is not painful . I love it.
The people who work there are great, kind and fun. Please give this place a try and I absolutely recommend the Dry Needleing, it's amazing and faster relief than anything I have tried before.
